Cheesy Scalloped Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 box (4.7 oz) scalloped potatoes
- 1 can (10 oz) chicken
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup (or more) mozzarella
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add potatoes to slow cooker.
- Add chicken.
- Top with seasoning package.
- Add 2 cups water.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4-5 hours.
- In the last 15-30 minutes, top with cheese and black pepper.
