- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- Mix together everything, except the mashed potatoes and cheese, and spread into slow cooker.
- Top with the prepared mash potatoes.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- An hour before done, top with cheese and continue cooking.
